Vanderbiljpark: Alleged drug dealers abandon bail─── 17:05 Wed, 23 Mar 2022
Three suspects arrested by the Hawks in the Vaal Triangle, appeared in the Vanderbiljpark Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
The men were arrested in Vanderbiljpark two weeks ago, following the discovery of an illegal drug manufacturing laboratory.

Two of the suspects, who are Malawian citizens, have chosen to abandon their bail application, while their South African co-accused was granted R5 000 bail.

Thus far, the Hawks’ investigation has revealed that the drugs are worth R5 million.
The case has been postponed to March 24, when the matter will be heard in the Vanderbiljpark Regional court.
