Cases postponed after fire at Heilbron court─── 14:28 Mon, 23 Feb 2015
Following the burning of part of the Heilbron court building on Monday, 16 February, the Department of Justice and Correctional Services is currently rendering limited services to the public at the South African Police Service offices in Heilbron.
The eight cases that were on the roll on Monday 16 February were postponed to Monday, 23 February 2015.
The court sessions will continue at the South African Police Service Heilbron offices until other unaffected offices are ready for occupation. The Department assures the public that no person in need of justice services will be turned away.
