Robbers hit Bloemfontein mall─── JOSCA HUMAN 12:20 Thu, 23 Aug 2018
HDL jewellery store in Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein was robbed at approximately 9am this morning.
Police spokesperson, Wendy Nkabi, told OFM News seven suspects, two of them armed, raided the jewellery store, demanding employees inside the shop to lay on the ground.
Nkabi says they took an undisclosed amount of jewellery and then fled via the basement parking in two separate unknown vehicles. No injuries have been reported.
She says the suspects were all wearing caps and have not been identified yet.
Police, the Community Service Patrol Centre, and a Helicopter are currently searching for the suspects. Mimosa's Mall Centre Management have sent out a release that staff and shoppers have been sent for trauma counselling.
