In the backline, Reagan Oranje and Eddie Fouché come in to replace Rosko Specman and Zander du Plessis.

The only change upfront sees Eddie Davids starting at loosehead prop with Kudzwai Dude dropping to the bench.

Among the replacements Janu Botha and Sango Xamlashe were named on the bench along with Michael Amiras. Botha and Xamlashe a concussion and ankle injury respective after picking up these niggles against the Cheetahs in round one.

The Griquas assistant coach, Barend Pieterse, told OFM Sport that their opponents will test them in the setpiece.

“We sort of the expect the same from Western Province as the way the Stormers play in the URC. “They train against those guys every day.

“They pride themselves on their setpiece and we expect more of the same. They also pride themselves on moving the ball around. That is something one always expects of Province.

“We do expect a physical battle because they do pride themselves on their setpiece.”
