President Cyril Ramaphosa says he would love to see EFF leader Julius Malema back in the ANC.
Ramaphosa spent the weekend in Soweto and Tshwane encouraging South Africans to register to vote in next year's elections. He said the ANC would welcome back EFF members.
He said the ANC has always been open to receive back people who have left the ANC.
Ramaphosa's deputy, David Mabuza, also said this weekend that he is going to engage with Malema, who is the former ANC Youth League leader, with a view to him returning to the ANC.
