Kimberley - The Democratic Alliance in the Northern Cape has a new provincial leader. Andrew Louw will take the reins from Chris Liebenberg. The position was left vacant after Liebenberg recently resigned to take up farming full-time. The announcement was made by party leader Helen Zille in Kimberley at the weekend's Council meeting.
