Mahikeng - The North West province will commemorate World Aids Day (WAD) in Lomanyaneng village, Mahikeng, on Thursday 1 December 2016 under the theme: “It is in our hands to end HIV and TB”.
To mark WAD, a team of health promoters and community health workers, led by Health MEC, Magome Masike, will embark on a door to door campaign to raise awareness, educate the community about HIV/Aids and Tuberculosis in order to strengthen efforts towards an HIV free generation.
Teams will converge at Lomanyaneng village Sports Ground at 09h00.
