State Capture masterminds, brothers Atul and Rajesh Gupta, have been arrested in Dubai.
The Justice Department says in a release it's received confirmation from law enforcement authorities in the United Arab Emirates.
It says they are discussing the way forward as well as how to cooperate with the UAE.
The Guptas fled South Africa a few years ago following claims of corruption over their alleged involvement in State Capture.
The International Criminal Police Organisation, Interpol, previously issued red notices against them.
