According to liveeatlearn.com, you can hollow out a cucumber and stuff it with any ingredients of your choice, like avocado and red pepper, and cut it into wheels.

If you feel that cucumber is too close to rabbit food for your taste, don’t worry, “ons gaan nou braai!”

Melkbos.net brings in some meat with ‘boerewors sushi’. Simply wrap your boerewors in cheese and bacon and cut it into wheels.
