What would summer be without ice lollies?
And we’re not talking about those preservative packed frozen sugar bombs that have kids manic for hours. These ices are packed full of goodness and flavour and don’t take much effort to make. Invest in a few sets of ice lolly molds if you want to make more than one variety at once.
Traffic Light Ice Lollies
Create these colourful treat by separately blending and freezing strawberries, peaches and kiwi fruit. Well worth the wait.

Frozen Berry & Ginger Nut Yogurt Pops
This is simpler than it looks. Coat the bottom of a paper cup with biscuit crumbs and top with mixture of condensed milk, berries and yogurt. Pop in some lolly sticks, freeze and enjoy!

Vegans, and even those a bit lactose and gluten intolerant, don’t feel left out. These quick and easy treats are especially for you! Blend fresh mangoes, lime juice and coconut milk together, pour in molds and freeze overnight.
