Jass was last seen on Sunday (25/8) when she left her workplace at a mall in Potchefstroom and did not report to work the following day. Her employer contacted her family to find out about her absence.

“Her family went to her flat in Meyer Street, Potchefstroom, but couldn’t find her or her vehicle, that is when she was reported missing and a case opened at the police station.”

Meanwhile, Vaalweekblad reports Vereeniging police are searching for a business owner from Vereeniging who was kidnapped from his business on Thursday (29/8). Mimosa Sweets owner Irfaan Dadabhay was dragged by his arms and legs by armed kidnappers and put into a car before they sped off.
A red Hyundai SUV, presumably used in the kidnapping was later found in Phumasbethane informal settlement, commonly known as Phuma’s near Sharpeville that day.
