Breastfeeding your baby doesn't always come naturally and isn't always seamless. Luckily, being prepared for what to expect is half the battle.
Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants. It has a nearly perfect mix of vitamins, protein, and fat - everything your baby needs to grow. What's more, the physical closeness, skin-to-skin touch, and eye contact all help your baby bond with you and feel secure.
In support of World Breastfeeding Week 2022, the Little Life maternity unit at Life Rosepark Hospital, in friendly collaboration with Estherea Women’s Wellness Clinic and breastfeeding consultant Vanessa Booysen, will present a partners in breastfeeding information morning for antenatal and postnatal mothers on Saturday, 6 August 2022 at the Life Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein.
