Extended Government Lekgotla to be held at Philip Saunders Resort today─── THANDI XABA 11:38 Sun, 15 Feb 2015
Bloemfontein - The Free State government is hosting its Extended Government Lekgotla at Philip Saunders Resort outside Bloemfontein today, following the State of the Nation address on Thursday.
Government spokesperson Mondli Mvambi says the gathering forms part of the consultative process leading up to the State of the Province address.
Mvambi says Free State Premier Ace Magashule will convene a provincial government Lekgotla which will see all MECs and Heads of Department in attendance as well as leaders of local government.
Issues of health, service delivery, human settlements, public infrastructure and education will be looked into during the Lekgotla, as well as how the province is moving forward with the implementation of the National Development Plan.
