Johannesbirg - A man accused of shooting dead a motorcyclist during a road rage confrontation is expected to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
The 43-year-old labour law consultant, Meekahefele Masooa, was out on R5000 bail. The matter was postponed for further investigation in his last appearance.
Motorcyclist Douglas Pierce was shot dead in the confrontation with Masooa along Malibongwe Drive, Northriding, in February. Both men carried firearms.
Masooa was driving a sedan.
He told the court during his bail application that he acted in self defence.
