Paralympic star, Oscar Pistorius, has been made an honorary doctor by Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
Paralympic star, Oscar Pistorius, has been made an honorary doctor by Strathclyde University in Glasgow. Pistorius was recognised for his outstanding sporting success. He made history in London this year by becoming the first double leg amputee to compete at both the Olympic and Paralympic Games. He has also indicated that he hopes to compete in the 400m event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
