Fran-Rico Lucas is a professional international MC, host, event co-creator and radio presenter nationally known for MC-ing/hosting various events throughout the Free State, Western Cape, Gauteng and India Udaipur.
Born in Port Elizabeth, he matriculated from Grey College in 2008, and studied radio and TV presenting at Damelin College in Bloemfontein in 2009.
With passion for radio that was cultivated from the tender age of nine, he can recall rushing home from church to catch ‘story time’ on RSG. His mom, Evadene Lucas, loved to remind him that when he felt intimated that: “My kind, jy is met microphone in jou bek gebore". His father, Jeremiah Lucas, was a pastor and police officer so he started bringing people together at the tender age of seven, addressing the congregation.
This 28-year-old loves bringing people together through love and laughter.
