Chef Maradine has the perfect salad recipe for anyone who loves this South African snack.
Biltong and Strawberry Salad
100g cream cheese
strawberries, cut in half to taste
100g biltong
200g green beans, cooked
100g peas, cooked
balsamic glaze
Take the cream cheese, make small balls and roll in the biltong. Toss other ingredients together and serve.
