Competition Rules:

1. This competition is valid from 24 June to 3 August 2019.

2. To enter:

a) Spend R250 or more at any shop at Loch Logan Waterfront from 24 June to 3 August 2019.

b) Write your name, contact number, date of birth, and town/city on the back of the receipt.

c) Place the receipt in any one of the entry bins situated at Kloppers, Information Desk, and upper ground entrance.

d) Then, keep your phone close – OFM radio station could be calling to give you a chance to play ‘The Safe’ during The Big Breakfast show, weekdays, 06:00 – 09:00, 8 July – 2 August 2019, for a chance to win your share of R40 000 in shopping vouchers, or to make you a ‘key holder’ with a chance to win the R50 000 shopping voucher grand prize awarded during a special game show on site at Loch Logan Waterfront on 3 August 2019.

3. Please note: Your information will be shared with OFM for purposes of conducting the on air competition.

4. All valid entries received are eligible for the draw to play ‘The Safe’ on OFM, to be drawn as a ‘key holder’ for the on-site game show as well as for spot prizes awarded during the game show at the mall on 3 August.

5. Prospective winners must be on site to participate in the game show as a ‘key holder’ or to be awarded a spot prize.

6. Key holders will participate for a chance to win the R50 000 shopping voucher grand prize and other prizes by unlocking different safes to reveal their prize. Keys will be awarded randomly.

7. Key holders may participate through a proxy (18 years or older) if unable to participate on site, or forfeit their chance in which case another key holder will be drawn.

8. This competition is not open to employees, agencies, prize sponsors or contractors of OFM, AME, Central Media Group, the Loch Logan Waterfront mall, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. By entering this competition, entrants agree to adhere to competition rules and regulations, details of which entrants declare themselves conversant with.

11. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.

12. OFM and the prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.

13. Winners may be required to have their details disclosed and appear on radio, television, the Internet or in printed publications.

14. The organiser reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion.

15. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the organisers.

16. No entrant shall have any recourse against Loch Logan Waterfront or OFM as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
