The defending Guinness PRO14 champions, Leinster, has opted for a mix of youth and experience for Saturday’s Guinness PRO14 clash against the Toyota Cheetahs in Dublin.

It will be the first time in a month that Leinster will take to the park, and Coach Leo Cullen has chosen to field some Irish internationals that have been released from Six Nations duty for the week.

Cullen has also selected four Academy players for the match against a very confident South African outfit.

Leinster sees Rob Kearney starting at fullback, while Fergus McFadden runs on the right-wing, with Dave Kearney completing the back-three.

Joe Tomane and Jimmy O’Brien are on duty in the midfield, while Luke McGrath and Ciarán Frawley form the halfback combination.

Max Deegan, who made his Irish debut last week will slot in at eighth-man, while Rhys Ruddock and Will Connors, complete the back row.

Scott Fardy will skipper the side from the second row, alongside Ross Molony.

Rónan Kelleher who earned his Irish cap against Scotland runs out at hooker, and he forms the front row with Peter Dooley and Michael Bent.

The games between Leinster and the Cheetahs at the RDS Arena in Dublin kicks off at 16:30 (South African time).
