Kruger and Moolman-Pasio take Mangaung OFM Classic honours─── OWEN KOCK 12:47 Sun, 03 Nov 2013
Owen Kock Bloemfontein - The 2013 Mangaung OFM Classic was won on Sunday morning by HB Kruger in a time of 2 hours 12 minutes and 21 seconds, while the ladies' race was won by cyclist par excellence Ashley Moolman-Pasio in 2 hours 55 minutes and 54 seconds. In tight sprint to the finish line, Kruger outsprinted Carl Pasio and Reynard Butler, to win his first Classic. Pasio outsprinted rivals An-Li Kachelhoffer and Andriette Schoeman for her second Classic-win. A total of 2585 cyclists from across the country entered the Mangaung OFM classic, and entrants for the Mountain Bike Race Saturday, brought the total of cyclist for this year's Classic to 3 515.
