Wool prices up 23% year-on-year─── SABRINA DEAN 15:10 Thu, 27 Oct 2016

Port Elizabeth - Although wool prices decreased nearly 1% last week, they are still more than 23% higher than at the same time last year.
The latest BKB wool report states that the Cape Wools merino wool market indicator decreased by 0,9% this week to close on just over R150 p/kg clean.
This is about 23,5% higher than last year.
The eleventh auction of the 2016/17 season takes place on November 2.
