The Kopano skills development workshop is a project run by the Association for Persons with Disabilities (APD), Free State.

It capacitates people with disabilities with the skills and work experience needed to become part of the workforce.
The Kopano protective workshop in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa provides activities and work opportunities for about 56 persons with disabilities. The workshop produces arts, crafts, and leather goods.
The Kopano Protective Workshop train and develop participants through:
- Skills development
- Productivity
- Quality of life
- Prospects of work
- Encourage self-employment
