Cold front is expected in Central South Africa─── JOSCA HUMAN 10:27 Sat, 12 May 2018
Residents in some parts of Central South Africa woke up to rain this morning.
A forecaster from the Bloemfontein Weather Office, Tumi Phatudi, told OFM News rain of 4-5 millimeters is expected this weekend.
Despite stepping into winter, some good rain can still be expected throughout this month. While isolated showers and thundershowers are also expected on Monday, a cold front will be approaching Central South Africa on Tuesday.
Phatudi says maximum temperatures of up to 18 degrees Celsius is expected next week, with temperatures peaking at 24 degrees on Thursday until the weekend.
Phatudi says the warm temperatures will, however, not last long, as another cold front with maximum temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius is expected the following week.
