NOTICE: Pumping of water to Senekal/Matwabeng not possible after pipeline burst─── 10:16 Wed, 03 Jan 2018
Notice is hereby given to the residents of Senekal/Matwabeng that there is a main pipeline burst from Cyferfontein Treatment Works, as such the Municipality is not able to pump water to the reservoirs.
Given the situation, the municipality will not be able to supply water to the community tomorrow. However, the Municipality is currently busy working to fix this problem and anticipate that water will be available by Friday.
The municipality would like to apologise for the inconvenience that might be caused by the situation. Water-related enquiries can be directed to the manager at Water Services, Thabo Mokhethoa, on 082-836-3196.
