Equipment for the showing of a video was set up in the Bloemfontein High Court this morning where the alleged Danish mutilator is appearing today.
Peter Frederiksen is facing several counts, including conspiracy to murder and illegal storage of human tissue. He was arrested in September 2013 and has been in custody.
OFM News' Cathy Dlodlo reports from court that the video follows a trial within a trial during which the search warrants that lead to the confiscation of evidence came under the loop.
Judge Johann Daffue found yesterday that all evidence in the case is admissible and that the search warrants stand.
The video is expected to shed light on how Frederiksen came to have all the human tissue found in his freezer in his home in Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein.
The media was asked to wait outside as the videos contain graphic footage of evidence and images of the witness.
