Rustenburg - Unemployed youth in the Rustenburg and Mahikeng areas of North West have been urged to avoid falling victim to a scam led by a young woman claiming to represent the Office of the Premier through its Youth Entrepreneurship Services unit.
Unemployed youth in the Rustenburg and Mahikeng areas of North West have been urged to avoid falling victim to a scam led by a young woman claiming to represent the Office of the Premier through its Youth Entrepreneurship Services unit. According to spokesperson Brian Setswambung the woman targets unsuspecting job seekers by asking them to pay R20 for submission of their CVs. The scam was first exposed in Ledig outside Rustenburg. Setswambung says the Office of the Premier is currently looking into the matter.
