Bloemfontein - The Bloemfontein doctor, who stood accused of raping a female patient, walked out of the courthouse a free man today.
Spiros Theocharous’s discharge application was granted by Judge Lepono Lekala on the rape charge that followed after a patient of his claimed that he raped her on May 7, 2013.
OFM News' Cathy Dlodlo reports that Theocharous pleaded not guilty on this charge.
