Bloemfontein fraud accused labelled a liar─── 11:26 Sat, 08 Nov 2014

Bloemfontein - A Bloemfontein woman accused of fraud appeared in the city's Magistrate’s court yesterday after the state applied to have her bail revoked.
Lianné Greyling is facing 25 fraud charges, which stem from the import of luxury vehicles and motorcycles for customers. R5.2 million is believed to be involved.
State prosecutor, Vic de Bruin, accused Greyling of deliberately trying to delay court proceedings by pretending to be sick when she was scheduled to appeared in court. She had missed two previous appearances, and wore a neck brace in court yesterday.
De Bruin accused Greyling of misleading the court by only submitting evidence, in the form of WhatApp conversations, that she wants the court to see.
He says incriminating evidence of additional conversations between her and the complainant, which she allegedly tried to delete, was found on her phone after the policed seized it.
The bail revocation application came after a former friend laid a complaint against Greyling following her release on bail, alleging that she paid Greyling to order a lounge suite from Botswana, but never received it.
Both the Defence and the State have been ordered to present written arguments on November 11 before judgment is delivered.
