Kimberley - The guardian of the minor convited of the Griekwastad triple murders is currently testifying for the defense during day four of sentencing proceedings in the Northern Cape High Court in Kimberley.
The guardian has told the court about the minor’s behaviour directly after the murders, saying he generally maintained a strong composure but was hard hit by certain events, such as reading in newspapers that the Steenkamps had been cremated.
The 17-year-old boy was found guilty of the murders of Deon, Christel and Marthella Steenkamp on their farm Nauuwhoek in April 2012.
