Bloemfontein - Public servants and municipal employees of the Mangaung Metro will gather at City Hall from 10am today for a prayer session and to witness the memorial service of former president Nelson Mandela via live streaming.
Spokesperson Qondile Khedama says members of the public are encouraged to attend the event.
