Potchefstroom - The Wentzel dam at Schweizer-Reneke in North West has dried up. This comes as the province is struggling with a severe water shortage due to a prolonged drought.
Many businesses, households and schools have been affected.
According to Mamusa Local municipality spokesperson Mothusi Oagile, contingency measures have been taken to solve the problem.
