The case of theft against Craig Thiem, the man who alerted the Free State department of education and the Human Rights Commission to alleged racial abuses at Wilgehof Primary School in Bloemfontein, has been postponed to September 25 for plea and trial.
It is alleged that Thiem left a large retail store in the city with groceries he did not pay for.
In June this year Thiem laid a complaint against Leonard MacKay a teacher at Wilgehof Primary School, for allegedly racially abusing a pupil. This was the first in a series of similar complaints to emerge at the school.
