Northern Cape premier Zamani Saul is expected to table his 2020/21 budget in the Provincial Legislature on Tuesday.
The Office of the Premier will be live streaming the event on their Facebook page. Saul is expected to shed light on how his department is going to address Covid-19 challenges during this fiscal year. The latest statistics indicate that about 84 schools have closed since reopening due to positive Covid-19 cases.
All eyes will be on Saul as opposition parties are closely observing how he plans to tackle the challenges faced because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Premier's Office will also be under the microscope because of the ever worrying unemployment of the youth and poverty in the province.
