This event is not just about running – it’s about celebrating fitness, fun, and fostering young running talent in the Frances Baard District. With distances of 5km, 10km, and 21.1km, there’s a race for every level of runner.

- 21.1km race starts at 05:30
- 10km race starts at 05:45
- 5km race starts at 06:00
- Prizegiving at 10:30
- Race pack collection and manual entries: 21 March 12:00 – 20:00 (no race day registration or collection)
- Medals awarded to all finishers
- Over R30 000 in prize money up for grabs
