LAMB LIVER KEBABS
Ingredients
1 red pepper, cubed
1 yellow pepper, cubed
1 green pepper, cubed
400g lamb liver, cubed
1 Tbsp cajun spice
2 Tbsp dried rosemary and sage grind
1 Tbsp canola oil
Salt and Pepper
16 kebab sticks
Method:
1.In a bowl, place the lamb liver and mix in the spices and canola oil
2.Thread the liver and the rest of the ingredients onto the kebab sticks as follows: red pepper, liver, green pepper, liver, yellow pepper.
3.Place the kebabs onto a baking tray and place into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. The liver should still be juicy and tender.
