Five Namibian rugby players placed in quarantine─── 08:58 Mon, 06 Apr 2020
Five Namibian rugby players have been placed in quarantine due to Covid-19 safety protocol.
The Namibian senior rugby players are centre Darryl de la Harpe, flyhalf Cliven Loubser, flanker Prince Gaoseb, prop Andre Rademeyer and centre Lesley Klim.
The group returned to Namibia from their foreign clubs while sport worldwide shuts down to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The players and the rest of the passengers were all placed on a mandatory 14-day quarantine at Hardap Dam Resort
"Namibia, we know it's a difficult time right now and change is never easy to adapt to, but together we can get through this. Let's abide by the rules, stay at home, wash our hands and help each other by just listening to one another," De la Harpe told NBC Sport.
Rademeyer, on the other hand, had this to say: "Let's keep safe, keep inside our home and don't mingle too much in big crowds. Let's stay off the streets and only go out when it's really necessary. Let's all be mindful of what we do."
De la Harpe urged the public to obey the guidelines set out by the government.

Rademeyer, meanwhile, said: "Let's keep safe, keep inside our home and don't mingle too much in big crowds. Let's stay off the streets and only go out when it's really necessary. Let's all be mindful of what we do." None of the five players have thus far shown any symptoms of coronavirus.
