Unknown Vanderbijlpark woman murdered─── 15:11 Tue, 01 Jul 2014
Vanderbijlpark - The Vanderbijlpark SAPS is investigating a case of murder following the death of an unknown young woman yesterday.
SAPS Spokesperson Kinnie Steyn says police are urgently looking for the family of the deceased and
possible witnesses to murder.
A pedestrian came across the body in an open field in the Bonanne residential area.
Steyn added the woman is possibly in her early twenties and of African descent. At the time of her death she was wearing pink trousers with a grey tracksuit top.
The cause of death will be determined by a post mortem. Anyone with information is requested to contact the investigating officer, D/Const Gashwin Fortuin, on (016) 910 9000.
