According to a family representative, singer Lisa Marie Presley will be laid to rest at Graceland, the Memphis mansion she inherited from her father, Elvis Presley.
She will be buried next to her son, Ben, who died in 2020, according to an article by People.
Presley died last week at the age of 54 after being rushed to a Los Angeles area hospital after reportedly suffering cardiac arrest at her home.
Two days earlier, Presley appeared with her mother Priscilla Presley at the Golden Globe Awards, where actor Austin Butler won the best actor award for portraying her father in the film "Elvis" and paid tribute to the two women by saying "I love you, forever".
The singer will be celebrated during a public memorial service at the mansion in Memphis, Tennessee, on Sunday 22 January, her daughters, Riley Keough and Harper and Finley Lockwood, announced.
Lisa Marie had two children from her marriage to Danny Keough: Riley, 33, and Benjamin, who died by suicide at age 27 in July 2020. She married Michael Lockwood in 2006 with whom she had her now 14-year-old twin daughters, Harper and Finley. Presley and Lockwood's divorce was finalised in 2021.
