Investigations underway after woman’s body was found─── 09:44 Sun, 10 Sep 2023
The deceased has tattoos on the right foot, a three (3) star, and on the left hand, with the writing 'Omphile' and 'Atli'.
Free State police are investigating how a half-naked body of a woman ended up in an open field.
Police spokesperson Stephen Thakeng said the body was found at an open field near the graveyard in Brandfort on Thursday morning (7/9). The body was half naked, her face full of blood, several open stab wounds on her neck. The deceased has tattoos on the right foot, a three (3) star, and on the left hand, with the writing 'Omphile' and 'Atli'.
She was found wearing a black leather top, grey t-shirt, pink bra and size four black tekkie shoes. “She could be 25 years old and had long braided hair. A case of murder has been registered for further investigation.”
