Bester's girlfriend remanded in custody─── LUCKY NKUYANE 15:16 Thu, 13 Apr 2023
The girlfriend of the convicted Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester and a technician appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Thursday in connection with Bester's escape case.
Magistrate Mohlolo Khabisi postponed the matter against Dr Nandipha Magudumana and Tebogo James Lipholo (44) to 17 April 2023. The duo are charged with defeating the ends of justice, murder, arson, and fraud, among others.
Magudumana and Lipholo will join the other two co-accused who are currently in custody.

The suspects, Magudumana's father Zolile Sekeleni (65), and former G4S security guard Seneho Matsoara (39) are currently in custody after they appeared on Tuesday 11 April 2023 and they were both remanded in custody.
Magudumana arrived in the early hours of this morning and was transferred to Bloemfontein to stand accused in a court of law. Dipholo was arrested on Tuesday following his alleged involvement in Bester's escape in May 2022.
Meanwhile, state prosecutor Sello Matlhoko told Magistrate Khabisi that the state was requesting a postponement for bail information. Matlhoko stated that there could be possibilities for a bail application.
However, Bester is being kept at the Kgosi Mampuru maximum prison centre in Pretoria.
