Roads closed as #Magashule due in FS court─── 05:46 Fri, 10 Jun 2022
Residents of Bloemfontein are asked to note the temporary closure of some streets around the Free State High Court on Friday, due to the expected court appearance by suspended ANC Secretary General, Ace Magashule.
Magashule, who is is facing a string of charges in connection to the 2014 asbestos audit tender, will be back in the dock on Friday.
The Mangaung Metro municipality has issued a notice saying while they cannot predict the number of people who will be attending the case - as part of precautionary measures President Brand Street and St George streets closed at midnight already, and will only be opened again for traffic after court proceedings.

The Metro says while MMM Traffic will be working closely with the police - monitoring and regulating the flow of traffic - the public is requested to use alternative routes for the duration of the closure.
