The Fika Patso Dam in Qwaqwa in the Free State is still temporarily closed due to complications experienced of late.
According to the entity's spokesperson Tebogo Kwakwa, there has been a build-up of mud that is affecting the final distribution of water to residents.
She further points out that this may take a day or so to be resolved.
She further apologised for the inconvenience of the plant’s shutdown.
