Well-known retired Bloemfontein businessman, Bill Troskie, has died at the age of 84 years old.
Speaking on behalf of the Troskie family, Mireschen Troskie-Marx confirmed that the Free State businessman and older brother to filmmaker Boet Troskie died on Thursday night following a long illness.
Troskie-Marx says the family is deeply saddened by the death and appreciate the sympathy extended to the family from those who knew the businessman.
The funeral will take place on April 12, at 11:30 at the Dutch Reformed Church Bloemfontein North, known as Klipkerk.
