Anelle Liebenberg is the principal and organiser at the Kimberley Art Centre. She shares her passion for igniting a love for art and thinking out of the box with Yolanda Maartens in the OFM Art Beat.
Known traditionally as a special school, the Kimberley Art Centre has been offering art in an adventurous and fun way for more than 30 years. Liebenberg feels that no one from Grade R to Grade 12 should miss out on the opportunity to partake in the process of finding new ways to be creative. She also believes that schools do not offer pupils enough opportunity to do art if one considers the important role it will play in all fields of adult life.
