Kimberley - Information gathered from cellphones that were seen by police in the investigation of the Griekwastad triple murder, is expected to be key evidence in the trial that is currently being heard in the Northern Cape High Court. A 16-year old boy stands accused of the murders of Deon, Christel and Marthella Steenkamp who were shot dead on their farm Naauwhoek outside Griekwastad in April last year. The lead investigator in the case, Dirk de Waal, was once again in the witness stand today testifying on the details of the investigation in the weeks after the murders.
