Bloemfontein - South African tertiary institutions sprung into protest action over proposed recommendations of 2017 tertiary fee increments by Minister of Higher Education and Training, Blade Nzimande, in September earlier this year.
Students had institutions in a vice grip for weeks forcing countrywide shutdowns during Fees Must Fall 2.0.
