More than 330 new COVID-19 cases have been identified in South Africa.
A further 44 COVID-19 related deaths have been reported.
The majority of new cases, 87, are from Gauteng.
With the Western Cape reporting 64 new infections and 48 cases were recorded in KwaZulu-Natal.
Just over 30,000 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours with a 1.1 percent positivity rate.
