The Idols runner-up Mthokozisi Ndaba (25) from KwaMashu stunned the South African media on this week when he pulled a disappearing act.

He refused to attend the Mzansi Magic (DStv 161) post-show press conference after Paxton Fielies (17) was crowned the winner of the 13th season.

Mthokozisi's seat behind his name card and microphone next to Paxton Fielies awkwardly remained conspicuously empty for the entire duration of the press conference at Carnival City after the conclusion of the 2-hour live broadcast.

Mzansi Magic executives and Idols producers, themselves caught on the backfoot and without time to even remove his name from the table, simply told the press that Mthokozisi Ndaba is "composing himself".

With his no-show, he became the first runner-up ever in the 13 seasons of the show not to appear alongside the winner before the media.

Hectic stuff.

Bella Hadid is back and feeling better than ever.

It's no secret that the past few days have been more than busy for the 21-year-old supermodel.

But after strutting her stuff at the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Bella is finally able to open up about why this event was so much more than just a runway walk.

"What a dream come true... This year felt like my first year all over again. Emotionally, physically, mentally, in my health, I feel so much stronger in so many ways and I am so grateful to all who have supported me, believed in me and stood by me," Bella wrote on Instagram while posing in her lingerie. "Thank you for giving me this opportunity again sweet @ed_razek@monica.mitro@10magazine @johndavidpfeiffer."

She continued, "Yesterday was so unreal on so many levels. It took so much for all of this to come together and truly as a team we pulled it together as a WHOLE. I am grateful. I am happy. I am humbled. And I just can't stop smiling thinking about it!!!"

We get it Bella, back in shape, looking better than ever and we love it!

Sisters are doing it for themselves!

Last year may have seen TaylorSwift take the throne over Beyonce when it came to money, but this year the Queen B is back on top.

Yes, Forbes just released its annual list of the highest-paid women in music, and Bey reigns supreme, finding herself at the No. 1 spot. She raked in a whopping $105million during the publication's scoring period from June 2016 to June 2017, which was mostly due to her incredibly successful Formation World Tour.

Following behind her, Adele sees the No. 2 spot with $69 million after her first full tour since 2011.

Despite having released no music until after Forbes'scoring period, Swift still managed to take on the third spot with Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez falling in fourth and fifth.

Finally, she shares some secrets on how she looks so spectacular and we thank you, Janet Jackson. We knew she was a pro while performing on stage, but what about when it comes to her health and fitness?

Less than a year after the singer gave birth to her first child, E! News is learning more about how the new mom got back in the gym and best shape of her life.

With help from trainer Paulette Sybliss, Janet has lost loads of kilos.

"I started training her about six weeks after she had Eissa about March we started. We had a very vigorous training schedule," Paulette revealed to E! News exclusively.

"We were training a minimum of four times a week and the sessions were never less than 45 minutes, no more than an hour. Very intense, though. Very intense training."

While Janet's initial goals were to purely lose weight, her trainer wanted the singer to add some lean muscle especially with a major tour on the schedule.

So what are the specific steps Janet took to lose the weight? Paulette revealed that her original regiment was based around weights. In fact, the pair didn't do any conventional cardio such as working on a treadmill or cross trainer.

"We were doing three or four exercises with weights back to back. What that does—you would look at her and think she'd done like an hour of cardio with me—but when you're working with weights and you're working the muscle that way, it elevates the heart rate, but also it's creating that fat burning affect both during the session and also when she left me, and that was key."

Secret's stolen.

Look at her!
