The Blitzboks remain unbeaten in Singapore following a sensational last ditch win against France on Saturday.

In a game of two halves, the Blitzboks beat France 20-19 to make it three wins from three in Pool B.

The Blitzboks raced to a 15-0 lead at the half time break with Quewin Nortjé, Tristan Leyds and Selvin Davids all crossing the whitewash for tries.

In the second stanza it was the French who fought back hard and had the game in the bag, after Aaron Grandidier crossed for the brace of tries while Jean Pascal Barraque also scored.

It was truly down to a piece of 'Specmagic' by the former Cheetahs and Springbok winger, Rosko Specman, who cut through the French defence after the time was up on the clock. Dylan Sage, who is playing in his first tournament in four-years was there to receive the final offload to fly over for the try and the win.

In the Blitzboks other Pool B games on Friday they beat Spain 31-7 and Samoa 15-10. The win sees South Africa topping Pool B and the advance to the Cup quarter-finals.

The Blitzboks cup quarter-final kicks off at 14:12 on Saturday afternoon.
