Bloemfontein - A resident in the city took a video during the cloudburst and captured an amazing moment when lightning struck the CR Swart building.
Rhonwyn Gilbert took this video during lunch when the storm hit the city. Some people have reported up to 50mm of rain in 30minutes. The SA Weather Service, however, said the city had about 30mm rain in 30minutes.
The streets were flooded.
